As an HR Operation Intern at GE Vernova, you’ll work alongside an experienced HR Team, get hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, and contribute to work that directly supports our people every day.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day HR Operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and the preparation of employment and certificate letters.
• Maintain and manage HR documentation – including document preparation, collection, scanning, filling and retrieval.
• Work with HR systems to help keep employee records accurate and up to date.
• Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks as needed.
• Contribute to HR projects and employee engagement events, bringing energy and a collaborative mindset.
• Take on ad hoc tasks that support the broader HR team as priorities arise

Required

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with routine, process-driven work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on-site at least 2 days per week for the full 6 month duration.
• F luent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred

• Prior exposure to HR, administration, or office support (through coursework, volunteering, or previous work experience)
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an HR function
