We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR Operations team with day-to-day activities, employee data management, and compliance documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and statutory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Operations activities, employee records management, and exit documentation
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRMS/Excel ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in HR compliance documentation related to audits, policies, and statutory requirements
  • Organize, verify, and maintain employee files (digital and physical)
  • Support preparation of HR reports, trackers, and MIS
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and documentation requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Knowledge of HR documentation and data compliance practices
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic data handling
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to HRMS or payroll systems
  • Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws – basic level)
  • Prior internship or academic project in HR Operations
