Your responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Fresher/ Senior for a 6-month Contract

• This role will focus on HR Operations.
• Post jobs, screen potential candidates’ CVs, and conduct interviews.
• Support the Campus job fair.
• Collate information and update it into the Cadena and Oracle HCM systems.
• Fill out the employees’ documents.
• Register, update, and complete PIT, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance (SIHIUI) procedures with relevant authorities.
• Prepare HR reports as required by your supervisor.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• University graduates in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), Outlook.
• Pay close attention to detail and strong personal responsibility.
• Quick learner, high integrity, proactiveness, and accountable.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using or learning new management systems.

Your qualifications

• University graduates in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS office (MS Word, MS Excel), Outlook.
• Pay close attention to detail and strong personal responsibility.
• Quick learner, high integrity, proactiveness, accountable.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using or lean new management systems.

Nice to have

• Have knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, PIT, and social insurance regulations is a plus.
• Have hunting skills is a plus.
