Jointhe bestHR team as an HR Operations & Employee Experience Specialistand help deliver dependable support across day-to-day operations. The mission of the team is to drive superior and consistent employee experience at Central Europe Technology Hub.

WhatYou’llDo:

  • Keeppurchasingand reimbursements running smoothly:Create and track Purchase Orders (POs) and act as the go-to expert for business travel and expenses, supporting employees and ensuring accurate, on-time settlements and best in class Employee Experience.

  • Make benefits and HSE compliance simple andaccurateAdminister selected benefits end-to-end (enrollments and offboarding) and coordinate mandatory Health & Safety (BHP) training for employees and contractors, including scheduling and completion tracking.

  • Create a great in-office experience:Support office events and HR initiatives (e.g., benefit days), support senior leadership visits and key business touchpointsand manage room bookings and on-sitelogistics

  • Keep internal communication organized and up to date:Manage mailing lists and the internal communication portal, ensuring the right audiences receive the right information at the right time.

What You Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset—comfortable working with data, checklists, and deadlines.

  • Clear,positivecommunication skills and confidence working with employees, managers, finance, and vendors.

  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple operational topics in parallel.

  • A proactive, service-oriented approach—able to spot issues early and propose practical solutions.

  • Team mindset and flexibility-comfortable rotating responsibilities to ensure continuous coverage.

Job Qualifications

  • Operations skills -manage time and resources to deliver critical outcomes.

  • Able tofollowcomplex processes and operational systems.

  • HR operations experience or similar (preferred).

  • Fluent in English and Polish.

  • MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
