Role: HR Operations Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key accountabilities of the role:

Mobility and transfer Title change in E-HR System:

• Responsible to update staff changes (such as employee transfers, line manager changes, title changes, entitlement changes, global transfers etc.) in e-HR system.

• Verifying the supporting documents in e-HR system for each transfer or title change request.

• Follow up with the respective dept. to get necessary documents/approvals for employee changes.

Medical Insurance & Life Insurance:

• Responsible to take the documents for new joiners from E-HR system for insurance of medical insurance cards for Staff and their family.

• Processing the insurance through NAS portal.

• Processing annual renewal of both medical & life insurance.

• Reconciliation every two months collecting information from insurance company members list with ADIB staff list.

Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:

• Good knowledge of ADIB Banking Applications & Systems.

• Familiarity with ADIB Policy & Procedures

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

• Strong Interpersonal communication skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Planning & Organizations skills.

• Problem solving skills

• Strong negotiation skills
