Accountable for leading and managing the HR Operations and Services Delivery team (HR Shared Services), ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle.
The role focuses on service excellence, operational efficiency, process standardization, and employee experience, in line with company and group HR standards.

HR Operations Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure HR operations and service delivery are compliant with local labor laws, internal policies, and group HR governance requirements.
  • Design, review, and maintain HR operational frameworks, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support audits, risk reviews, and compliance checks related to HR operations.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Drive standardization and optimization of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Apply process-driven and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Keep abreast of HR operations, best practices and industry trends and translate them into practical improvements.

End‑to‑End Payroll Management:

  • High level oversees the monthly payroll process for all employees, ensuring salaries, allowances, deductions, taxes, and net pay are calculated accurately.
  • Own payroll cut‑off dates, payroll calendars, and payment timelines.
  • Ensure payroll is processed with zero material errors and paid on time.

Global Mobility:

  • Interpret and apply Global Mobility / International Assignment policies consistently.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with immigration, tax, and labor regulations in host and home countries.
  • Manage assignment conclusion scenarios: Repatriation, Localisation, Early termination, Consecutive assignments.
  • Monitor overall assignment costs, recharge arrangements between entities, and financial exposure.

HR Services Delivery & Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the HR Services Delivery (HRSS) team covering end-to-end employee lifecycle services (onboarding, employee data management, contract management, changes, exits, etc.).
  • Ensure HR services are delivered accurately, timely, and consistently in line with defined SLAs and service standards.
  • Build team capability through coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement culture.

Service Quality & Employee Experience:

  • Monitor and continuously improve HR service delivery quality to enhance employee experience.
  • Act as the key point of accountability for HR operational service performance.
  • Identify service gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities using employee feedback and service metrics.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise, and external providers (if applicable).
  • Ensure clear service ownership, handoffs, and collaboration across HR teams.
  • Provide transparent communication to stakeholders on HR services performance and improvements.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and develop team members, ensuring alignment with performance goals and IDPs;
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, annual review as well as career development discussions.

Group and PVA other projects:

  • Participate in Group or PVA other projects that are assigned by managers;
