Job Description

For this new role in HR Global, the analyst will have a broad range of responsibilities encompassing Benefits, Mobility, and Compensation Operations. It includes day-to-day business priorities as well as ad hoc projects. The incumbent must be able to work independently, manage confidential information, contribute to high-level initiatives, and maintain a professional demeanor. Flexibility and a positive outlook are crucial as it is a fast paced environment and priorities can change quickly.

  • Process and track invoices.

  • Input, track, and monitor project budgets.

  • Project Management including: -Progress tracking -Collaboration across business groups and vendors -Plan execution.

  • Vendor Management including: -Compliance -On-boarding -Off-boarding -Implementation -Service level agreements (SLA’s) -Data compilation and analysis.

  • Assist with US Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility Audits.

  • Assist with all aspects of the GC&B Operations AON relationship including: -Requirements -User acceptance testing (UAT) -Manual workarounds -Cross Boarder Transaction Approvals -Year-End Compensation support.

  • Management of employee and stakeholder escalations.

  • Development and execution of communication plans to include web portal content, training, webinars and supplemental communications

  • Collaborate with vendors to implement new capabilities and processes.

  • Additional ad hoc analysis and projects as they arise

Qualifications:

  • University degree in finance, business or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to manipulate and present data using excel.

  • Familiarity with financial, procurement and accounts payable systems and processes; specifically Ariba and Oracle.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office related products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Ability to be flexible in a collaborative work environment.

  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent relationship-building, follow-up and customer service skills.

  • Effective oral / written communication skills.

  • Benefits/Mobility experience a plus.

  • Compensation experience a plus.

Educational requirement:

  • University Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent
