Responsibilities

The HR Operations - APAC team delivers reliable, people-focused HR services that support employees and business teams across the region. We help turn company policies and programs into consistent, practical experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.

Operating across diverse markets means balancing regional consistency with local regulations, practices, and employee needs. The team works across functions to improve processes, resolve operational issues, and ensure employees receive accurate and timely support.

You will help shape scalable HR operations in one of the world’s most dynamic regions, improving everyday employee experiences while enabling teams to work effectively and grow with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle (i.e. Onboarding, Leave Management and Offboarding)
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and operational procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and improving HR operational processes to ensure they are clear, efficient, and consistent.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR Operations teams across regions.
• Help ensure HR processes are managed in line with local labour regulations and company policies.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support to help resolve HR-related questions or issues.
• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and data tracking to support better operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of labour and compliance laws in Korea, including experience supporting trade union setup and management.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Korean.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting employees and improving employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to address employee issues.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Humble, adaptable to changing priorities, and open to different perspectives, with the ability to adjust working style based on business needs; strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills to collaborate effectively across APAC teams.
