To strengthen our international HR team, we are looking for an HR Operations Professional (m/f/d)with responsibility for the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Your Mission

As an HR Operations Professional, you will take end-to-end responsibility for operational HR topics across the entire employee lifecycle in both countries. You will ensure operational and administrative excellence while partnering closely with local stakeholders, external providers, and international HR colleagues.

Your Contribution

  • Take full ownership of all operational HR activities for the Czech Republic and Slovakia across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Manage and optimize HR core processes (onboarding, contracts, employee changes, offboarding) and ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Coordinate and manage payroll administration in close collaboration with external payroll providers, including preparation and validation of payroll data
  • Ensure compliance with employment, social security, and labor law regulations, and act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Partner closely with the Country Area HR Leader and international HR colleagues to implement and continuously improve People Solutions and HR initiatives

Your Qualification

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in an operational HR role with end-to-end responsibility for HR processes
  • Strong expertise in payroll administration and working with external payroll vendors, ideally in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Solid knowledge of Czech labor law and ideally Slovak labor law, combined with strong analytical and advisory skills
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Workday or comparable HR systems is an advantage
  • Fluent in Czech and English; knowledge of Slovak and experience in an international environment are strong pluses
