The JASM HR Operation Manager will serve as a pivotal strategic partner to the JASM leadership team. This individual will be accountable for the comprehensive development, implementation, and oversight of all Human Resources functions. This role demands a dynamic and experienced HR leader with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. Prior experience within a multinational corporation and/or a joint venture is highly preferred.
