What you'll be doing

• Office management – keeping everything running smoothly
• Leading recruitment and onboarding processes
• Supporting employee wellbeing and team engagement
• Assisting with HR and operational processes across the company
• Providing day-to-day support to the CEO – including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ongoing coordination.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience
• Experience in recruitment – strong advantage
• Relevant degree - An advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English – spoken and written
