HR Officer - Recruitment

As our HR Officer (Recruitment), you will:
Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, including:
Managing vacancies from advert to offer.
Screening and shortlisting candidates.
Scheduling and coordinating assessments and interviews.
Managing stakeholder expectations across operational and central teams.
Supporting and attending assessment centres and job fairs.
Maintain accurate data and reporting.
Help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Contribute to wider projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 (qualified, working towards, or willing to work towards)
Must-have:
Strong, hands-on recruitment experience, ideally high‑volume, fast‑paced or operational.
Ability to independently manage and prioritise a busy recruitment pipeline.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused.
A proactive, confident approach with the ability to work autonomously.
Knowledge of employment law.
Nice to have (or willingness to develop):
Experience in employee relations.
Background in construction, security, or unionised workplaces.
