HR Officer (PH & AU Support)

The Opportunity

Manage HR operations in the Philippines, overseeing the full team member journey from onboarding to offboarding, including compensation, benefits such as HMO, and DOLE compliance. The role also provides support for Australian HR tasks as directed by the HR Business Partner.

Key Accountabilities

Team Member Journey (Onboarding to Offboarding)

  • Manage the full team member journey, including onboarding, orientation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws and DOLE regulations throughout the journey
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and documentation for all stages of the journey

Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer compensation programs and benefits, including HMO and other entitlements
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies and local regulations
  • Provide support to team members regarding benefits inquiries

Employee Relations and Support

  • Act as a point of contact for team members regarding HR policies and workplace matters
  • Support recognition and engagement initiatives

HR Administration and Process Improvement

  • Coordinate HR processes and ensure proper record keeping
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and procedures

Australian HR Support

  • Prepare reports and HR documentation for Australian business operations
  • Assist with recognition gifts, statements of service, and HR emails
  • Support HR projects and initiatives under the guidance of the HR Business Partner

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2–3 years HR experience in compliance, onboarding, and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and DOLE compliance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable in a hybrid role supporting PH and AU HR tasks

Work Setup & Employment Details

  • Fully remote (Philippines-based), with occasional in-person or virtual team engagements once or twice per year
  • 40 hours per week, aligned with Australian business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT)
