ASX listed company Korvest Ltd operates as EzyStrut and Korvest Galvanising. EzyStrut is Australia's market leader in cable and pipe support systems, supplying major infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects across the nation from our Kilburn head office. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel and components for both internal and external customers.

We're looking for an HR Officer to join our People, Safety & Culture team in Kilburn, SA.

This part-time role is approximately 20-25 hours per week, and we're flexible on how you work them (full days, part days across the week, or a mix of both).

Our HR system (Rippling) gives us a streamlined process for recruitment, onboarding, engagement and offboarding across the employment lifecycle. You'll be well supported by an experienced People, Safety & Culture team, with real scope to grow your HR skills.

We're also recruiting a part-time Payroll Officer, and both are genuine, ongoing positions in their own right. For the right person, we can combine the two into a full-time Payroll & HR Officer role. Each option is scoped on its own, and our People, Safety & Culture team can adjust around whichever structure works for the right candidate/s.

Your new role:

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll support approximately 350 employees nationally by:

• Supporting recruitment through creating job requisitions, posting job advertisements and promoting roles internally
• Short-listing and phone screening candidates, booking interviews and coordinating pre-employment medicals
• Supporting employee onboarding and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and filing

Already experienced in a generalist or recruitment role? You’ll hit the ground running, with career growth available as our team and business expand.

You will bring:

• Experience in an HR administration, recruitment coordination or comparable role with transferrable skills
• Experience using an HR information system or other similar platforms
• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information
• Clear, friendly verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously
