Hiring HR Officer - Site Area onsite Karachi

About Client

Hiring for a Karachi-based manufacturer and supplier of paints, varnishes, pigments, dyes, and industrial chemicals for various industries.



Job Purpose:

HR Officer experienced in payroll processing, attendance and leave management, salary

calculations, employee records, HR operations, and benefits administration. Skilled in final

settlements and HRIS management, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies

Key Responsibilities: 

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee payroll records accurately.
• Coordinate timely salary disbursement with the Finance department.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and full & final settlements.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain related records, where applicable.
• Update HRIS and maintain confidential employee files and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable labor laws, and payroll procedures.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in HR or related field with 1-3 years of manufacturing HR experience.

Work Type: Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Experience: 2 years
