The role

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR administration and support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll data and manage employee records.
• Handle contracts, holidays, absences, benefits and HR documentation.
• Manage Dimona, insurance, sickness and accident administration.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian social legislation.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate digital records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Help improve HR processes and tools.

Your profile

• min 5 years of experience in HR/personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
• Experience with payroll and general HR administration.
• Very good French and English.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Organised, proactive, discreet and comfortable working independently.
