As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading TPA across the MEA region. We are looking for a professional Officer - HR to be hired on a Unlimited Contract in our HR Shared Services Department based in Jordan, to Handle the Payroll Calculation Processing, while delivering high-quality HR Services and maintaining data integrity for several locations such as Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain, Oman and UAE.
Your Job:
Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Process payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, overtime, deductions, and other compensation changes through the HRIS.
Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR and payroll records.
Coordinate with Finance and internal stakeholders to support payroll closing, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and statutory payroll obligations.
Prepare recurring payroll, HR, and statutory reports while supporting internal and external audit requirements.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and HR services in a professional and timely manner.
Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes and HR services by promoting accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, preferably within a multinational organization.
Good understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
Experience using HRIS platforms; knowledge of Oracle HR is considered an advantage.
Proven ability to work under high pressure and with very tight deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English is a must
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
