The company owns and operates multiple manufacturing facilities, sales and marketing offices, and design centers in Asia and North America. • The company is incorporated in Thailand in 2021 with the factory in Nakhon Pathom and Approximately 160 employees currently based in this site

• Handle new hire onboarding and termination processes
• รับผิดชอบกระบวนการรับเข้าทำงานของพนักงานใหม่และกระบวนการสิ้นสุดการจ้างงาน

• Handle attendance and leave record

• Prepare OT and allowance formalities, ensure accurate record keeping, and data management

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and databases

• Ensure accurate documentation of employee personnel files and related records

• Complete regular and ad hoc government surveys in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Assisting in preparing HR documents for factory audit

Qualifications คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป

• At least 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related fields;
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี

• Knowledge of the Labor Protection Act and other relevant laws;
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงานและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
