For one of our clients, a leading Caribbean power solutions provider, we are looking for an HR Officer.
In this role, you act as the link between employees and management and support the operational execution of HR processes across multiple islands. You will contribute to the further professionalization and digitalization of the HR department while working closely with leadership.
What will you do?
As an HR Officer, you play a key role in employee satisfaction, development, and performance.
You will be responsible for:
Advising and supporting management and employees on HR-related topics such as performance, absenteeism, and employment conditions
Coaching managers in executing their HR responsibilities and guiding employees where needed
Managing recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers
Contributing to the development and optimization of HR policies
Taking a proactive role in topics such as compensation, talent management, and employee benefits
Identifying, mediating, and helping resolve workplace conflicts
Ensuring accurate HR administration and timely payroll processing
Managing changes related to social security and pension across multiple islands
Supporting performance and appraisal processes and ensuring follow-up
Contributing to the digitalization of HR processes
