Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Proven experience in managing recruitment and employee relations
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
