Job Description

• Identify development gaps and establish learning plans, program curriculum design and training delivery, work with HO L&D team for execution
• Support functional Heads to develop the cross-function learning programs
• Establish and execute the high potential development plan to build the leadership pipeline
• Work along to transform the HR Leads in Asia from Ops. expertise to business partner role
• Guide and monitor local countries to improve the on-boarding experience of new hires including Global Onboarding Completion status and other local onboarding initiative
• Manage the LMS user data to ensure that all users can access and utilize the platform properly according to the agreed timeline
• Enhance the staff engagement level by analyzing the needs from the employees in different levels and functions by using different tools and channels to plan and design various ER activities to employees
• Manage ER and CSR activities for Regional Office including but not limited to annual gatherings, happy hour moments, charity and volunteer activities which are initiated by Global or Regional HR Function.

Requirements

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in MNC
• Solid learning and development experience.
• Proactive, positive mindset and willing to take new challenges
• Excellent command of both written & spoken in English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Graphic design experience such as Infographics or clip arts are preferred
