Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Talent Attraction & Recruitment

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract the right talent across APAC subsidiaries (subject to HQ requests and budget).
  • Enhance recruitment processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency despite limited access to advanced recruitment technologies (no ATS currently in place).
  • Source, evaluate, propose and justify new recruitment tools or systems based on company context and needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers/HODs to understand role requirements and ensure strong candidate fit.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors RCM is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Apply foundational/basic Compensation & Benefits (C&B) knowledge, preferably with exposure to Mercer methodologies, to design and propose salary packages, and provide HR advisory support to hiring managers, Heads of Departme nt, and Business Leaders.

Employer Branding

  • Elevate the companys employer brand across all HR functions.
  • Collaborate with HR team members in different focus areas to integrate branding in all aspects of HR, not limited to recruitment, onboarding, learning, and employee engagement.
  • Develop initiatives that highlight the companys unique strengths and value proposition in the APAC region, positioning it as a highly attractive workplace for talent.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

  • Act as a strategic partner to APAC business and other subsidiaries if required, providing HR insights and solutions to support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and opportunities, and design initiatives that drive business performance.
  • May travel as required to support regional offices and projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
    Minimum 8 years of HR experience of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR prac􀆟ces, employment law, and regional regula􀆟ons.
  • Basic C&B experience, preferably with Mercer methodology.
  • Ability to connect the dots and navigate ambiguity with curiosity and initiative.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset – not a follower.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; SuccessFactors RCM experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.
