Introduction
As the primary HR partner for Taiwan, you will be partnering with GM, local managers, employees, global HR team and other stakeholders to provide local HR insight, resolve people matters, and ensure HR practices are delivered in line with business needs, local regulations and regional governance standards.
In this Role, you’ll get to
- Act as the primary HR partner for Taiwan, partnering with business leaders and regional HR teams to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives, local regulations and global governance.
- Lead HR operations, employee relations and compliance, providing trusted advice on performance, organisational change, workplace issues, investigations and HR governance while ensuring compliant employee lifecycle management.
- Manage Taiwan compensation and benefits programmes, leveraging market insights and HR analytics to drive competitive practices and informed workforce decisions.
- Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and succession planning to strengthen organisational capability and employee experience.
- Lead or contribute to local, regional and global HR initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to implement HR programmes, optimise processes and ensure consistent execution across the organisation.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- 7–10 years of HR experience with strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, HR Operations and Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of Taiwan labour law and proven experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with experience working in a matrix organisation.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and working proficiency in English.
