Job Description

The HR Manager (Southern Europe) will be instrumental in providing expert HR advice and guidance across employee lifecycle experiences including onboarding, offboarding, probation periods, maternity, sickness absence and performance management. They will be a local specialist, designing and implementing People local operations to fit within the global frameworks, as well as working with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners on local execution of the functional People strategies.

People & Culture Strategy

• Work with the EMEA and global teams tolocalise People & Culture strategies and tactics to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
• Monitor, analyse and provide insights regarding ‘organisational health’,People & Culture KPIs and metrics that can form part of the wider EMEA P&C strategies or operational improvements

Employee Experience

• Second point of contact for HR advice to managers and team membersescalating matters to the People Experience Director or HR Business Partner where needed.

• Work with the EMEA payroll, benefits & administration teams to ensure HR administration, benefits, policies and processes are compliant with local laws and regulations, whilst also conveying the SharkNinja’s culture and mindset Responsible for local communication regarding new policies and processes.

• Management of employee relations matters by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws specific to the countries in their scope Conduct informal and formal investigations or processes, in a compliant, consistent and fair manner.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives that underpin our culture and that are tailored to the regional needs of the local teams.Organise and participate in regional employee events and activities.

Talent Management

• Employee onboarding, ensuring all newteam members understand the SN mindset and how we operatein order to accelerate their impact on the business.

• Development of line manager capability through coaching, mentoring and other management development capabilities.

• Management of key talent management processes,e.g. probation periods and annual performance reviews
• Facilitate learning activities where appropriate, such asOutrageously Extraordinary Culture connect sessions

Attributes and skills you will bring:

• Can operateautonomously

• Prior experience in an HR Manager role within a regional role, in a large organisation

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices for the region - currently Italy and Spain

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and Italian

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
