Job Descriptions
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business and regional requirements.

  • Manage regional HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, regulations and company policies.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across multiple locations.

  • Support talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management and employee development

  • Manage compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, incentives and benefits programmes.

  • Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters and termination processes.

  • Standardise and improve HR policies, processes and systems across regional locations.

  • Drive HR digitalisation, process improvement and HR analytics/reporting

  • Partner with senior management and department heads on HR strategies, workforce needs and employee matters.

  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, external HR providers, recruitment agencies and relevant authorities.

  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business and management decisions.

  • Travel to regional locations as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with regional or multi-country HRBP experience.

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations

  • Experience in workforce planning, performance management and HR process improvement

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and organisational abilities

  • Good cross-cultural leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple locations and priorities
 Location: Senai, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Salary Range: RM5,000 - 10,000
