The HR Operations Manager oversees all HR administrative and operational functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, smooth HR processes, and efficient employee lifecycle management. This role focuses on payroll, attendance, leave management, HR policies, employee records, and HR systems, rather than recruitment.
Manage HR administrative operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, attendance, and leave management
Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws
Handle visa, work permit, and labor law compliance for employees in the UAE
Manage HR systems (HRIS/ERP) and maintain data integrity
Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an operational standpoint
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management
Coordinate with finance and other departments for HR-related operational requirements
Implement and monitor HR workflows and standard operating procedures
Ensure smooth communication and support for employee inquiries related to HR operations
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa regulations, and HR compliance
Experience with HRIS, payroll software, and HR systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
