Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will need to approach your job with drive, an entrepreneurial mind-set, and tenacity. A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage full spectrum of human resource related activities including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefits, branding & marketing, employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development and employee retention.
  • Advise on all aspects of human resource including employment laws and best practices to the Management and employees.
  • Manage IR including counselling & disciplinary action.
  • Update, review and ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed and implemented.
  • Review and ensure for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
  • To authorize all claims, OT and allowance payment.
  • Perform HR strategies to develop and retain talent and enhance employee engagement.
  • Establish strategic manpower planning plans to fulfill manpower needs and their related application matters.
  • Establish and implement remunerations and benefits to attract and retain employees.
  • Plan, develop and implement learning & development strategies that are aligned with corporate and business strategies.
  • To conduct HR orientation briefing on company’s policy.
  • To provide training on the HR system implementation and ongoing system improvement.
  • Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in full spectrum of human resource.
  • Familiarity with HR functions and execution.
  • Bachelors degree in any related field
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Good communication skills.
  • A strong interest in people
  • Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals
