  • Proven track record within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector, Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals, or high-hazard industrial laboratory environments.
  • Hands-on experience navigating matrix organizations, collaborating with global/regional HQ while servicing local business units.
  1. Technical Knowledge & Core Competencies
  • Labor Regulations & Compliance: Expert knowledge of national labor codes, employment contracts, dispute resolution, compensation benchmarks, and statutory employee benefit programs.
  • HSE & Operational Alignment: Strong grasp of industrial safety integration (QHSE cultures, laboratory safety, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards), ensuring talent strategies align with strict client site protocols.
  • Specialized Talent Acquisition: Proven ability to recruit niche technical profiles, including analytical chemists, lab technicians, fuel/marine surveyors, and operational inspectors.
