  • As HR Manager – Global Business Solutions, you’ll be at the center of shaping Baxter’s people strategy in Malaysia. This role gives you the platform to influence organizational design, drive talent and organisational planning, strengthen compliance and integrity, and build employee relations that matter. You’ll partner with leaders to align HR with business priorities, ensuring every initiative supports growth, engagement, and Baxter’s reputation as an employer of choice.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Leaders

  • Work closely with the Management Team to set HR and talent strategies that fuel business success.
  • Be the trusted contact for employees on careers, performance, benefits, and HR programs.

Shape the Workforce

  • Lead workforce planning and analyze people trends to anticipate future needs.
  • Turn HR data into insights with dashboards and scorecards that guide decisions.
  • Support Talent Acquisition to ensure every hire strengthens Baxter’s future.

Develop Talent & Performance

  • Champion individual development plans and guide leaders in coaching and feedback.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and organisational planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions that unlock potential.
  • Launch programs that attract, retain, and engage talent.

Lead Change & Growth

  • Coach leaders and employees through transformation initiatives.
  • Implement organizational development and organisational change measures that stick.

Elevate Employee Experience

  • Lead communication forums, feedback sessions, and engagement surveys.
  • Translate survey results into action plans that improve culture and inclusion.
  • Manage employee relations and labor matters with fairness and transparency.

Reward & Recognize

  • Lead all aspects of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Partner with Total Rewards on salary reviews, bonus allocations, and recognition programs.
  • Manage payroll and vendor relationships with precision.

Strengthen HR Operations

  • Keep HR policies and employee handbook current.
  • Drive onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth employee journeys.
  • Act as the local champion for Workday, ensuring data accuracy and usability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of HR experience in international environments, with expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysia labor law.
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across leadership teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and visual.
  • Hands‑on, diligent, proactive, and analytical problem‑solver.
  • Independent yet collaborative teammate.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office; familiarity with Workday preferred.
