The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager, EMEA to act as a strategic and operational business partner across multiple countries within the region. In this role, you will drive the execution of HR strategies, support business leaders, and contribute to building a high-performing, people-centric organization.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and regional leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives while fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders across the EMEA region
• Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Support and lead organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
• Foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and alignment with global HR policies
• Manage and develop HR processes and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders across multiple regions

Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in an international environment
• Strong experience working with senior leadership teams
• Solid understanding of multi-country HR operations and labor law frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix organization
