Job Description
HR Manager, Corporate Functions serves as a strategic HR partner to corporate leadership teams, aligning people strategies with business objectives across key functional areas. The role leads talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development initiatives to support business success. Working closely with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence, the HR Manager helps drive change management, succession planning, and talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability. This position leverages business insights and HR data to influence decision-making and ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

What You Will Do
- Partner with corporate function leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Lead talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs related to talent acquisition, compensation, learning, and employee engagement.
- Analyze workforce data and business trends to identify opportunities, address organizational challenges, and support informed decision-making.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are applied consistently while fostering an inclusive, high-performing, and compliant work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including partnership with business leaders on talent, workforce, and organizational initiatives.
- Experience supporting talent management processes, such as performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, lead change initiatives, and leverage workforce data to support business decision-making.
