Job Role
The Corporate HR Manager will serve as a strategic operational leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the full spectrum of Human Resource Operations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, General Affairs, and Purchasing functions across multiple business units. This role requires a highly hands-on and resilient professional capable of managing complex workforce dynamics while ensuring alignment between people strategies and broader business objectives.
The position involves leading organizational improvements, strengthening HR governance, enforcing legal compliance, supervising procurement and operational support activities, and supporting management through data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capability, industrial relations expertise, and the ability to operate effectively within a diversified corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, workplace conflicts, and industrial disputes to maintain operational stability.
- Develop, implement, and monitor employee relations policies and internal labor regulations in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate with external authorities, legal consultants, and government institutions regarding labor-related matters.
- Design and oversee compensation structures, payroll administration, employee benefits, tax compliance, and BPJS administration.
- Review employment contracts, vendor agreements, and HR-related legal documentation.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and hiring process improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to identify organizational and workforce requirements across business units.
- Ensure transparent, ethical, and compliant recruitment and HR operational practices.
- Supervise learning and development initiatives, organizational structure reviews, SOP development, and job description standardization.
- Manage General Affairs operations, company facilities, procurement activities, vendor management, and operational asset maintenance.
- Monitor purchasing processes, budgeting, expenditure control, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Organize HR coordination meetings and prepare HR operational reports for management review.
- Analyze workforce trends, attrition data, and organizational performance indicators to support strategic decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resource management covering HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Organization Development, General Affairs, and Purchasing functions.
- Proven experience operating within conglomerates, holding companies, manufacturing environments, or multi-business organizations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, industrial relations management, dispute resolution, and company regulation processes.
- Practical experience managing procurement activities, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and operational purchasing functions.
- Strong compensation and benefits knowledge, including payroll administration, salary structure development, and HR compliance processes.
- Strong leadership capability with experience handling cross-functional coordination and high-level stakeholder management.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical HR practices.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and operational data analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational management skills.
