Partner with stakeholders as a strategic partner supporting team plant leadership team
Being exposed to different cross functional projects across People team
Manage Plant Organization Pillar
Manage engagement activities and employee relation agenda including union management
Unlock critical future fit capabilities to develop Future ready Enterprise MSC Leaders with End-to-End mind set
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in business
