Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, is looking for a trusted culture builder and strategic HR Manager to join our dynamic team! Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi. Bringing people together is what hospitality is all about. And we’re looking for an HR Manager who can promote a positive, inspiring and motivating culture, bringing the best out of every colleague so they’re empowered to deliver truly exceptional guest experiences.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Strategic Talent Management: Lead recruitment for hotel and niche technical roles while overseeing leadership succession planning.

• Building a positive work environment for all IHG colleagues throughout their career with us – from onboarding, to training and promotions, through to exit.

• HR Compliance: Ensure all policies align with UAE labour regulations and industry-specific workforce standards.

• Leading, educating and training the wider team and General Manager on people issues and HR disciplines to enhance performance.

• Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate team members to provide our hotel guests with unique experiences.

• Overseeing day-to-day HR management, reporting and identifying process areas for attention.

• Identifying and analyzing the local market to ensure our own offering remains competitive.

• Culture & Integration: Drive a unified culture and enhance hotel’s reputation to be an employer-brand of choice whilst promoting team member involvement in the local community.

What we need from you:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent higher education qualification. Alternatively, a minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity including at least 2 years in an Assistant HR Manager role with direct people leadership responsibilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with changing timelines. Capability to work independently. Strong team collaboration skills. Quick learning ability, particularly with HR systems and processes. Demonstrated mindset for improvement. Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
