We're Hiring: HR Manager / Assistant Manager!

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager / Assistant Manager to join our client's team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on day-to day HR operations efficiency, employee engagement, implementing effective HR policies, and supporting organizational growth.

Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: HR Manager / Assistant Manager

 What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that is aligned to HQ and business goals.
  •  HR Business partnering with key stakeholders and department heads.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent for the plant
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee performance management systems and training programs
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Experience with union management will be an added advantage.
  •  Ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver effective HR Services within the organization



What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
