• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall

• Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related issues.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing,
• interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely
• hiring.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns,
• conflicts, and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance
• reviews, and development plans.
• Provide guidance and training to managers on effective performance management
• techniques.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills
• and knowledge.
• Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth within the
• organization.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the
• market.
• Conduct regular salary benchmarking to maintain a fair and attractive compensation
• structure.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant
• laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key HR performance
• indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of proven experience in HR management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experienced working in a start-up is a plus.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
