HR Manager

About the Role

Our client is a leading company in the tourism and hospitality industry, focused on innovation, sustainable growth, and building a strong workforce.

They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead core HR operations, support employee development, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational needs
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and new-hire integration
• Manage performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and employee development
• Oversee employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies
• Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee records
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation, reports, and personnel records
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes to support business growth
• Stay up to date with HR trends, employment regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in a similar role
• Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or service industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and employee relations
• Proven experience across recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
