Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the QSR industry and a proven track record in developing HR policies and implementing effective learning and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on conflict resolution
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the QSR industry
• Proven experience in developing HR policies and implementing learning and development programs
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
