Responsible for leading HR teams and operations while providing professional support to ensure HR programs and services align with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities may include:
Manage HR operations, teams and service delivery.
Support implementation of HR strategy and programs.
Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.
Manage employee lifecycle activities and HR processes.
Monitor departmental KPIs and service standards.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable requirements.
Candidates should demonstrate:
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development
Experience working within large and complex organizations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
