We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support and lead human resources activities within a large-scale industrial operation undergoing a significant growth and transformation phase.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in dynamic industrial environments and enjoys building strong HR practices that directly support business performance and workforce development.
Lead and manage HR operations for an industrial site environment
Partner with operational leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development
Drive employee relations and industrial relations initiatives
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and governance practices
Support talent acquisition efforts for technical and blue-collar populations
Foster employee engagement, retention, and workforce stability
Build and maintain effective relationships with unions, local institutions, and external stakeholders
Support organizational change, growth initiatives, and capability development programs
Significant HR leadership experience within an industrial environment
Background in manufacturing, shipbuilding, oil & gas, EPC, heavy industry, or similar sectors
Proven experience managing HR operations at a plant, site, or business-unit level
Strong expertise in labor relations and unionized workforce environments
Experience supporting technical and operational employee populations
Fluent Portuguese and professional English
Experience in turnaround, restart-up, expansion, or transformation projects
Exposure to complex, multi-site, or multinational organizations
Familiarity with workforce development and training initiatives
