About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to join our global People team. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between business strategy and people initiatives, providing expert guidance to senior leaders while shaping our India-based people policies. You won't just be maintaining processes; you will act as a strategic advisor, driving the people agenda from onboarding through to organizational development. Key Responsibilities in this Role:

• Strategic People Partnering: You will act as a consultant to our leadership team, translating business objectives into effective people strategies. You’ll guide leaders through organization design, change management, and leadership development, ensuring our teams are structured for long-term success.

• HR Strategy & Compliance: You will own the implementation of our India People strategy, ensuring our policies and practices are not only legally compliant with local regulations but also foster a positive, productive, and inclusive working environment.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: You will maximize our HRIS and leverage people metrics—such as turnover and engagement—to provide actionable insights. You’ll identify trends, manage the HR budget, and make data-backed recommendations that drive operational efficiency and employee well-being.

• Employee Lifecycle Excellence: You will oversee the employee journey, from seamless onboarding and effective performance management to compensation and benefits programs. You’ll champion initiatives that improve productivity and retention, ensuring every team member is set up to thrive.

• Be the senior point of HR contact locally: You will support and guide our local people team specialising in employee relations, operations, talent acquisition and onboarding

What are we looking for

• HR/People Partnering Expertise: A strong background in HR and people partnering, with a deep understanding of India employment laws, policies, and practices. You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes while balancing business needs.

• Strategic Thinking & Analytics: You have a proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable plans. You don't just solve immediate problems; you proactively develop strategies that align with our long-term organizational goals.

• Stakeholder Influence & Communication: You possess the confidence to coach and mentor senior leaders and employees alike globally. You are skilled at interpreting complex policies and communicating them clearly to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.
