Human Resources Manager Budget 100K

Location: Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, Thailand

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager
to lead the full spectrum of HR functions and support the organization's continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, driving talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and partnering with business leaders to build a high-performance culture.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence while supporting a dynamic commercial organization in the healthcare and medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Partner with department heads to develop workforce plans, succession planning, and organizational capability aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for commercial, clinical, technical, and corporate functions, ensuring timely acquisition of high-quality talent.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, career development, and talent assessment.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, salary benchmarking, annual merit reviews, and employee welfare programs.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate leadership development, technical training, and employee capability-building programs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HRIS, personnel records, HR metrics, and workforce analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance HR effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Coordinate annual HR budgets and monitor departmental KPIs and HR operational performance.
  • Promote company values, ethics, diversity, inclusion, and a high-performance culture across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner leadership role
  • Experience in multinational organizations within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other commercial B2B industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, employment regulations, payroll practices, and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional business teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent command of both Thai and English, written and spoken.
