Job Description

Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to business leaders in identifying and addressing workforce challenges, including
talent acquisition, retention succession, planning, and employee engagement.
- Serve as a strategic business partner, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business
objectives and priority areas, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational
performance.
- Partner with local and global to consistency ensure of HR practices and policies across locations and
business units.
- Conduct regular HR assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in HR
processes and systems.
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights to inform business decisions, including diversity and
inclusion metrics, retention trends, and employee engagement levels.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that support business objectives, such as
leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Local lead of change management initiatives, providing guidance to business leaders and employees
on organizational changes and ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution and counseling
- Handle the Works Council relationship for the site as well as involving and negotiating any changes
according to the CLA
- Lead, coach and develop the local HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5years as an HRBP supporting
business leaders.
- Strong basic knowledge in HR processes as manning planning, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding,
compensation & benefits, payroll, Labor law & employee relations, performance management.
- Proven experience in working effectively with cross-functional business partners and HR experts.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze workforce data to provide insights and inform
business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and build strong
relationships.
- Track record of successful development of HR performance and deliverables as well as developing a
HR team.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading change management initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment​
