This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to build and lead a modern Human Resources function within a growing organization. The role offers the chance to drive cultural transformation, implement structured HR practices, and directly contribute to organizational growth and performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape people strategies, improve employee engagement, and establish scalable HR systems and processes across the business.

• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Develop competitive compensation structures and incentive programs
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and statutory requirements
• Maintain and update HR policies according to legal and industry best practices
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Align HR initiatives with operational and commercial goals
• Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA / HR specialization preferred
• 4–8 years of HR experience, including leadership exposure
• Proven experience in building or transforming HR functions
• Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and organizational development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive organizational and cultural change effectively
