Job Purpose

Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting business growth through effective recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and people development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle

• 
  Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits
• 
  Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• 
  Support employer branding initiatives

HR Operations

• 
  Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems
• 
  Ensure HR policies and procedures are maintained and followed
• 
  Support payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration

Performance & Employee Engagement

• 
  Coordinate performance evaluations and employee development plans
• 
  Drive employee engagement and team-building activities
• 
  Handle employee concerns and support a positive workplace culture

Learning & Development

• 
  Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
• 
  Support leadership and skill development initiatives

HR Compliance & Administration

• 
  Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• 
  Support workplace administration and employee wellbeing initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 
  Professional HR qualification (CIPM/CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage

Experience

• 
  6–8 years of HR experience
• 
  Minimum 2–3 years in an HR managerial role
• 
  Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• 
  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
