ROLE AND LOCATION
We are strengthening our People and Culture team with an HR Manager to lead and oversee the full employee lifecycle within our organisation.
The position is based in our North Shields, UK office.
The HR Manager will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting managers and employees, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation, and overseeing the UK People & Culture activities while working closely with the wider global People & Culture team across the Group.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE:

Advanced diagnosis of faults of the whole type of electrical systems
Commissioning of wind turbines
Troubleshooting during the different lifetime periods of wind turbines
Maintenance of wind turbines in the different periods of maintenance
Wind farms Operation, ensuring maximization of the availability of wind turbines
