This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who wants to be a trusted advisor to the executive team, shape people practices, and help a strong business continue to grow through thoughtful, people-centered leadership.
The HR Manager is responsible for leading all core human resources functions for Automatic Leasing’s 120-employee workforce. This role serves as a strategic and practical partner to company leadership while remaining closely connected to employees across the organization. The HR Manager will supervise one Recruiter, oversee payroll through an outsourced provider, and ensure that HR programs support compliance, performance, engagement, and business growth.
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and serve as the primary resource for employee relations and people strategy.
