Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR policies, recruitment, compensation, and performance management, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local labor laws. The role involves leading a team, managing HR budgets, and implementing strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.

Minimum bachelors degree in human resource study.
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3 years in managerial role with ability to lead a team of more than 20 headcount.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in garment industry.
Familiar and well-understand Cambodia employment law and regulations governing human resource.
In-depth knowledge and experience with compliance audit.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken. Candidate with ability to speak or write Mandarin (Chinese) is an added advantage.
To be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
