Here at GXO, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us on our Halfords contract in Coventry. You’ll provide strategic and operational HR leadership to the Halfords Transport and Warehouse contracts, supporting a fast‑paced, unionised logistics environment, and play a key part in driving a fair, consistent, and commercial HR service.
This is a full time, permanent position, and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30. However some flexibility will be required on occasion, this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
You’ll be paid a salary of up to £50,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. Your benefits package includes personal accident insurance, death in service benefit and a company sponsored pension scheme.
