Flexibility to travel and support any of the trust schools is required.
We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Manager to join our Copleston High School site.
As HR Manager, you will support the HR Director in providing an effective and efficient HR service across the trust and will work at an operational level focusing on casework, employment practice, policy development and contribution to strategic HR Projects.
You will have:
a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development - Level 5 or equivalent experience
significant experience in a senior HR role, within a fast-paced environment
experience of managing complex HR issues and a strong up to date knowledge of employment law
the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with school leaders, colleagues and trustees as well as fostering a strong team working culture across the HR team.
